Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities 

•  Provide IT Support to fleet of Vessel(s)
• System administration, Maintenance (Backup / Antivirus)  & Remote Trouble shooting.
• Workstation & Server setup.
• User level support and Troubleshooting.
• Inventory management and Monitoring of IT equipment.
• Work and co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for installation and support.
• Travel to vessels for Installations & maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
